Ray Smith, president of EWUF and vice president of IWUF has spent a great deal of effort promoting Martial Arts training in Europe. Those grateful for his contribution want to keep his stress levels down by sending him interesting and fun materials they come across.

Martial Arts training exercises our brain. A well developed brain is an important component for the quality of our lives. Here are some of the materials Ray has sent to me that I have posted here to entertain your mind and soothe your brain. I do not know who the original creator is but I salute them for their creativity that makes my world so much more beautiful. I have made slight alterations to make them more related to martial arts training and to promote a positive society that I believe in.

I use to have a dog called Ah Pong who was the only friend that I could talk to as a kid. In 1986 I adopted an abandoned cat called Lucky. I had no money to feed him, and I am grateful to my mother-in-law who provided Lucky with cat food. I come from a country where people use to be very poor. Their lives are too painful to have compassion for others. I delicate the first page of SPICE FOR HEALTH to my two special friends Ah Pong and Lucky and hope that one day people from all over the world will no longer have to struggle so hard to survive. Only then compassion can be cultivated, and the government can afford to let their people enjoy more freedom and rights without jeopardising the stability and order of their country. It is most inhuman that you have to watch your cat and dog crying in hunger or your family member dying of starvation.
